My New Blog

Just finished 4 days of classes to upgrade my license to become a Certified Appraiser.  The good news is that they are letting people that have taken the test and classes extra time to complete their hours which is exactly what I need.  Should be beginning of next year when I have all of my hours in.

The market seems a little slow this month but hopefully with the interest rates dropping again and the new HUD/FHA program there will be a need for additional appraisals.
