My New Blog

HI Everyone -

Well the day is almost here.... I am almost at 2000 hours and taking my state exam on Aug. 2nd.  Then I have to submit all the paperwork to the state and once I receive it back I will finally be a Licensed Appraiser - YEAH!!!  I am anticipating launching 5280 Appraisal, LLC on September 1st, 2007.

Until then I will continue to work with Lesca Grant at Benchmark Appraisals so I am able to help you with any of your appraisal needs.  I am very lucky to have worked under someone who has been an appraiser for over 20 years and has a great reputation in the market place.  She has been a great teacher and mentor and I am grateful for all of her training and encouragement over the past years.

Come back September 1 for the grand opening!!!!
